Welcome to episode 3! We're thrilled you're here.
Often, when we're in a funk or a down mood, we do all sorts of things to try to scramble out of that feeling rather than let it flow and honor where we are. It can seem like the discomfort we feel is permanent, so we push and struggle to change the feeling. In reality this can have a quicksand effect, only sucking us deeper into the muck and for a longer period.
Today we discuss honoring where you are even when it's unpleasant, as well as depression and heeding the body/mind/spirit's call not to fight and place judgement on our current emotional landscape, but rather to lean in to where we are with curiosity and acceptance in order to heal and move on to more pleasant spaces. Here's to trusting that infinite well of wisdom guiding each of us.
