1 | You can be bad at meditation
2 | It’s about getting rid of thoughts
3 | It’s against my religion
4 | I don’t have time to meditate
5 | You can go crazy from meditation
In myth #1 I paraphrase a quote by Emily Fletcher of Ziva Meditation: “We don’t meditate to get good at meditating; we meditate to get good at life.”
